Fixture Date Changes (Important)

 

This bit is really important! Premier League fixtures are subject to date change. This can be due to a number of circumstances including TV Scheduling and cup competition clashes. The Premier League normally announce confirmed match dates and times usually no later than 6 weeks prior to the fixture date. We recommend you keep up to date with changes by checking Premier League Fixtures & Live Matches on TV Season 2023/24

 

Should the date or kick off time change for the fixture you have booked we will contact you by email with your options.

 

Please note the following prior to booking:

If a fixture date change is less than 36 hours for example from a Saturday to a Sunday, or the kick off time changes but the date remains the same, we can if requested change the date of your hotel stay to suit your requirements. This will be subject to us receiving an email confirmation of any changes within 7 days following email notification of the changes from ourselves. If we don’t hear from you, we’ll keep the booking the same.

If a fixture date changes by more than 36 hours for example from a Saturday to a Monday you have the option of changing the date of your hotel stay without any charge or alternatively cancelling your booking and receiving a credit note which can be used against a future booking within two years. This will be subject to us receiving and email confirmation of any changes within 7 days following email notification of the changes from ourselves. If we don’t hear from you, we’ll keep the booking the same.

 

If we receive email notification outside of the 7 days of any changes our normal terms and conditions will apply again.

 

Match Tickets

Liverpool FC have introduced NFC (Near Field Communication) technology for entry in to Anfield Stadium which means that all tickets will be digital and supporters must download their ticket (NFC pass) to their smartphone by using Apple Wallet or Google Pay.

Names and email addresses will be requested prior to ticket emails being sent.

Approximately 5 – 7 days prior to the fixture date, you will be sent e-tickets by Liverpool FC for all passengers on your booking which you will need to download onto your smartphone. Instructions on how to do this will be sent in the email.

Please note, all tickets must be downloaded to a smartphone prior to arrival at Anfield. Fans will not gain entry using photographs or screenshots of e-tickets. Tickets cannot be forwarded and can only be downloaded once.

All Match tickets are situated in the home supporters section, in the lower tier of the Sir Kenny Dalglish Stand. No away support or away support colours (scarfs, tops etc.) are permitted. If it becomes clear you’re supporting the opposition you maybe refused entry or asked to leave the stadium without any claim to compensation.

We will endeavour to allocate all match seats together. For bookings of six or less this can be guaranteed, bookings over 6 we may need to split the booking but will try and allocate as close as possible.
