Fixture date changes?

Can I change my hotel booking?

We will do our upmost to accommodate any changes you require. Any changes will be subject to specific hotels terms and conditions. Should you be advised that the fixture date has changed you have 7 days to notify us on any requirements.

I am unable to attend, can I transfer or sell my tickets?

Should your circumstances change and you are unable to attend the event and you wish to transfer the booking to another person please email Please note hotel changes are subject to confirmation by the specific hotel. Under no circumstances are you permitted to try and re-sell your tickets via another ticket agency or social media channel.

Do you allow away supporters?

Away support is strictly forbidden and could result in not being permitted entry or being asked to leave the stadium.

Are transfers included in the package?

Transfers are not included in the package, we would recommend that you travel to Anfield via taxi or take one of the scheduled buses which depart from the city centre.

Can you arrange stadium tours?

Yes, please visit our dedicated page where you can pre-book a stadium tour. Please note stadium tours do not operate on match days.

Are we able to request specific seats at Anfield?

Our Reds Bar Match Seats are located in Blocks KP, KN and KG of the lower Sir Kenny Dalglish Stand (please click here for a map). Should you wish to seat in a specific block please make advise in the notes section on the booking form and we will endeavor to accommodate your requests although this cannot be guaranteed.

Can you guarantee we will be sat together?

We will try to allocate all match seats together. For bookings of six or less this can be guaranteed, bookings over 6 we may need to split the booking but will try and allocate as close as possible.

Can more than one ticket be downloaded to a smartphone?

More than one ticket can be downloaded to a smartphone although we recommend that each adult downloads their individual tickets in order to avoid any delays at the entrance. Should you have children in your booking tickets can be downloaded to one smartphone. Please note should you have more than one ticket downloaded on your smartphone you will need to be all present when tickets are scanned at the entrance.
